Looks like these two buildings are falling on each other. Can you tell why, astronomy students?

my guess is wehen photo meshing took place (most likely a polar orbiting satellite was used). ones photo perspective was diferant than the other placing the top end of one bilding over the other. simmilar things happen in meteorology as well.
